My name is Nacer Sid. I am the founder of Sid'z Properties in 2021, my background being the first generation immigrant who came to this country to chase our dream and be part of the American dream. Born and raised in north africa in one of most beautiful mountains in the world overlooking the mediterranean sea, Raised by single mom who is truly my hero for me inspired by her resilience and determination she taught me to never give up and chase  your dream, i graduated in 1995 as electrical engineer   in the most prestigious american institute in Algeria.

 

My first job was engineer position with american oil and gas company which gave me a chance to move with my family  and work in the us for the same company for 22 years, i had a chance to grow and work in different management roles. What I learned through multiple relocation from south to northeast is the importance of giving a good place to live and raise my family. My youth passion for real estate and construction and management experience led me to leave the company and start my own company to continue and follow my American dream.
